Hi, I’m Kelcie — the heart and hands behind Kelcie’s Creative Services.
I’ve spent over a decade working in customer service, creative roles, leadership positions, and administrative support, and through it all, one thing has stayed constant: I love helping people feel confident, supported, and capable.

My business blends the two things I do best — simplifying life for others and teaching with patience, empathy, and genuine care.

Why I Started Vintage Learner Tech Tutoring

Long before this business existed, I was the family “tech helper.”
If someone wasn’t sure how to text, needed help logging into email, or got stuck on a new phone, I was the one they called. Parents, aunts, uncles, great-aunts, grandparents — everyone came to me. And I loved it.

My most meaningful moments were with my grandma.
As her memory began to fade, I made it a point to visit as often as I could. I’d sit with her, walk her through her phone, help her connect with family, and show her how to send messages or look at photos of her grandkids. It was our way of staying connected and sharing joy before Alzheimer’s and Dementia made those moments harder to reach.

Those experiences shaped my heart for Vintage Learners — adults who want to stay connected, independent, and confident in a world that changes faster than ever. I know how overwhelming technology can feel, and I also know how life-changing it is when someone finally gets it with patience, kindness, and no judgment.

This work is personal to me — it’s purpose, not just a service.

With 11+ years of customer care, administrative experience, creative coordination, and leadership, I’ve worn many hats across many industries. I know how demanding running a household, business, or creative project can be. And I know the relief that comes when someone steps in to help you breathe again.

My VA support is simple, reliable, and people-focused — just real help for real life.
Whether it's scheduling, email cleanup, document organization, or task follow-through, I bring the same empathy and attention to detail that I offer in my tech tutoring.
